   I am not satisfied with the product it did not come with all the accessories that was shown on the picture and the power source that i have now it does not even turn it on so i’m not sure if it works or not!

   I purchased the converter, but unfortunately it was not as described. The product states that it is 10,000 watts, however when tested, it could not handle even 2,000 watts.
   I previously contacted you, and you confirmed that if it was not truly 10,000 watts, you would refund the money without any conditions.

   The item did not come with all the accessories shown in the picture and it did not connect to the power source that i have when i installed it no power came on i don’t know if i have enough power or it just does not work i’m very dissatisfied!
