This BMS comes without any documentation.
After wiring to the battery, it turns on and allows current to pass through but it is impossible to communicate via Bluetooth (TEVIEW application) and also impossible with the RS485/USB converter.
I tried the Android and iOS applications: no results.
On RS485, the converter is recognized (340 chip) and the driver is up to date.
Is TEVIEW the right app?
What needs to be done for communication to work?
In its current state, this BMS is useless to me.

The product sent does not match the description or the photos. In the photos and on the manufacturer’s website, the BMS of this power level uses a screw connection for the cables, but the product sent has soldered wiring.
